This spot has to be my favorite in Toronto so far.  it offers good payvment, both fast and slow sections, tight and lose right and left corners, and a good run out at the end. The run is 800m long and starts at the North end of Valentine Dr. As you head south, take the first st right (west) Shamokin Dr. you have the right of way at the stop sign, however to take this corner at full speed you need both lanes and its kinda blind. so when im by my self i slow down a bit so i stay in the right lane. from there Shamokin heads west then bends up north again. there turn left (west) onto Ruden Crst.  Ruden will bend back south, and just follow this street to the end.

here is the map link with the route highlighted

I ride it with an Evo and Big Zigs, and ive timed it to be an average of 40km/hr, i could go faster if i had a spoter in that first right turn, that turn determines how fast you will be going for the rest of the run.

and who wants to wait for spring.... i was there 2 weeks ago, all you need is dry road

it's not fast at all but a great cruise. watch out for yuppies, there's a golf club or something round those parts too.

MMAAAAAAPPPLEEEEEEEE LLAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTTTEEEEEEEEEEE

and yeh, right across the way from Goatfield, there are those apartments at the top of the hill at Don Mills and 404 and that's essentially where the "start" of these runs are. i cross york mills and keep going down all the way to Donalda Golf Course for more fun.

I work in this area and I was exploring. Some of the runs are pretty long for Toronto, If you did a straight bomb on york mills im pretty sure you could hit 65kmh.

Graydon hall Dr. is a nice long run thats not too steep, but it does end at don mills road and it can be busy at times. Its fun to cruise down at night.

All the other runs north of York Mills are very low traffic and are great for freeriding.

Valley Woods Rd and Laurentide are nice mellow runs.

You should atleast know how to footbreak of your gonna hit any of these.
