IMO White Lithium Grease works well "in spray form" I've been using it for a couple years in my bearings. They run smooth and don't pick up a lot of dust. But if your looking for stuff to make bearings spin as fast as they can. Then definitely go for some Bones speed cream!
Speed cream doesn't make your bearings spin faster, it just lubricates and protects them. After applying speed cream I can notice a huge drop in how fast my bearings spin, it takes about an hour of riding before they are "broke in" and spinning at top speed (which is pretty much the same as when I bought them (bones reds by the way)). This goes for any lubricant really, except for WD40, which isn't really a lubricant as much as it is a solevant (Which is why people rip on others for using it).
