I'm thinking of using this road to practice going faster (50-60kph) i've been about 45kph before, and i think im going to try to skate it from further and further up each run (not from the top at first) Has anyone skated it before and if so do you think it would be a good learning hill, or are there better/safer roads around that area for that speed?

Here's the hill http://maps.google.ca/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=County+Road+8&daddr=King+St+W%2FCounty+Road+8&geocode=FShClAIdJJE7-w%3BFW5HlAIdyro7-w&hl=en&mra=ls&sll=43.270894,-79.976821&sspn=0.008562,0.01929&ie=UTF8&ll=43.271565,-79.976156&spn=0.008562,0.01929&t=h&z=16

i lived in dundas for the first 19yrs of my life and i wouldnt recommend that hill as a good hill for learning.

1. its a major road leading in and out of Dundas.
2. The pavement has had better days
3. Blind corner underneath the train bridge with a driveway to DVGCC that is extremely dangerous even for cars.  Bad spot for people pulling out slowly not knowing theres a car coming around the corner under the bridge.  Knowing how to come to a complete stop is a good skill to have before trying this or any other hill.  This one might not be as forgiving as others.

Theres actually a lot of shorter fun stuff with corners up in greensville there.  Or even stick in Dundas, its got lots of gems in that town!  Just gotta get out there and discover them, the weather is starting to get warmer, have fun! Courtesy of Zachasaurus

This is exactly what I was thinking and also want to add that this is quite a bit faster than 50-60k
