BOARD MEETING holds a special place in my heart because it was the very first time I rode with other skaters...
... all 150 of them!
I usually find the pace a little too fast and I find that it all ends too fast.
Could a longer route involving the waterfront trail be built in?
Slower ride! But how do you teach people that it is about the journey, not the destination?
Not so fond of the police escort. I fear it will lead to big corporate sponsors making $$$ off it. I also like that we take over because we can, not because we have asked permission.
Looking forward to it no matter what!
You sur have just been made into part of my siggy "we take over because we can, not because we have asked permission."

What does everyone think about heading down to King St. this year instead of going down queen.....there's so much happening on king and there's already tons of Canadian and international press hovering around the bell lightbox - it would be complete chaos if we added 700 longboarders to the mix. I bet we'd end up in press from all over the world.....Thoughts?
Let's show the Hollywood fuckers what it's all about up here in Canada!
If we laid down in the Peter and King intersection people would flip out. It would be awesome!

It's been leaked, so here you go folks. BAMIs it just me, or was the lying down in front of the TIFF show at queen and john last year; outside much music? Call me paranoid, just checking to make sure cuz that was so rad last year! Maybe a bigger TIFF thing is happening at King and John(as indicated in the above link) that I don't know about, in which case, my apologies, and I humbly retract this statement Yup, you're right! It's been Queen & John every year that I've gone. I say keep it the same, but whatever the case, it'll be SICK!!

What do you mean "thoughts"? You should actually check out the info dude, you would see that we are already doing that. You were in the van....

2 questions 1 who might be taking donations? 2 is there anyone who is coming from the westside area like Burlington or Hamilton that will be coming by train? I don't know my way through Toronto too well so if someone could let me know how to get to the meet from union using the ttc that would be great.

If you're taking the train in, you'll be arriving at Union station. From there all you have to do is head to the Yonge Subway train to Summerhill??? station
