The weather is turning nice this week.  Is thursday a good night for a regular session?  Should we switch nights?  time?  Wednesday or thursday is best for me, I also like an earlier skate, 6 ish.  (I like the option of skating till late or having my evening open.)

We also need to get a nice set of spots.  Nice calm roads, paths, parking lots, banks, drainage ditches etc.  Keep your eyes open.

pretty much any day is ok with me.

I couldn't agree more that we need nice spots, lol. lack of hills is not due to lack of looking.
There's a kinda fun area velocity vulture showed me around gibb between thornton & thickson.

FYI, Arsin and i had a last minute late night grandview session. We got pulled over and found out it's a bylaw violation to ride a skateboard on any road in oshawa. Didn't get ticketed, just letting you guys know.

I found a straight shot just outside of Oshawa in Greendale? Jank pavement and speedbumps, also a "traffic calming zone".

Wednesday would work better for me, I'm done at 3 every second week, 7 the others.

Gotta alot shit this week but there's always time for skateboards Cheesy

Any day but Thursday for me. If wed is good for you I'm in. I know of almost no spots. Ajax is pretty flat and I don't know Oshawa well. But always in for something new.

Wed is good with me.

Also, we should get some longboard hockey going again. Before winter a few of us were playing almost weekly in the UOIT/DC parking lot. Anyone interested?

Ok, looks like wednesday is the night.
There is an empty parking lot next to walmart, at the corner of coldstream and harmony.
If we meet there at 6(?) then head to the session spot.   Its good if we can pick the spot earlier, so people can check the forum and meet us there if they cant make the 6(?) meet time.

I am open to different times (earlier better) and locations, but I would like to get something set.  That way I know i can find the session with out checking the forum.

Hey Guys, I am gonna try and hit a garage or two this weekend (Saturday March 19th) as the weather is not supposed to be complete crap.

I am going to start at the big Green P seven story right down town Oshawa on hwy 2. Its hit or miss with security, so I usually start at about 10 PM and sometimes they bust you by 11, sometimes you can shred till 1.

If I get bored or tossed out I will probably head to the new Whitby Go Station garage, or Oshawa Genera's garage (which is a monster).

I wouldn't be totally objected to some downhill, but road salt is not my friend, so i would like to stick to the garage.
