If you want a proper visor, I would choose my plastic carefully because some can shatter when hit by rocks. The majority of DIY visors are made of polycarbonate (lexan), which is shatterproof, or plexiglass, which is strong, but can shatter. From my experience, polycarbonate is very hard to tint, but if you use plexiglass, it works really well to dye it with coloured Rit Dye. Shaping the visor can be difficult. You can either slowly bend it over your stove top or heat it up in your oven. You might wanna check out this thread: http://wikiskate.com/olf2/index.php/topic,16283.0.html. Be patient and be prepared to make several attempts. I got my hands on 2 packs of powdered rit dye. Out of curiosity, how many visors could be tinted at once? Would I have to use both packages together or do a bunch all in one go and still have the same thoroughness? You could dye many visors at once, but overlapping when sitting in the water can often lead to unevenness/ blotchy-ness. I would suggest to do each visor individually. As well, use one pack of dye first and leave the visor in longer if you want it darker. You could always remake another batch of dye to make it even darker. Make sure to watch out for streaks! What do you mean by streaking, and how can it be prevented/fixed? Well it usually streaks when you pull it out of the dye/water solution too often to check up on it. Just leave it submerged and aim to check only during intervals of 10-15 minutes until you are happy with it.

Look into Tracker Dart 85mm trucks. They are pretty tiny and would fit a bantam well. I think Switchback is out of stock tho.

That doesnt make sense, if it was misdrilled it would be misdrilled when it was topmounted aswell...
I think he means that the top of the board is drilled right, but the drill may have come in at an angle so that the bottom holes don't line up when topmounting.
