Here we go again, mark your calendars for APRIL 17TH, ill be having another race out here in our beautiful town of Ancaster and would like to invite you all to join, im going to make this one a smaller race just because of the amount of space around the race course...so we'll say like max of 40 racers...$10 bucks a head, and the top 3 will split the money's...now here is another lil kool idea I came up with to give the fans and/or eliminee's a chance to still walk away with something....
sooo ive been contemplating some kool ideas for races over the winter and finally made some decisions on what would be pretty sweet, what i am thinking of is having a video/photo contest for anyone attending, the idea being that the pple who come out for the atmosphere and stoke of the event can still feel like they are part of the race, so ill set up a poll for our peers(you all) to judge on who has the best pic/video of the race, and the winners of said contest will receive....(video winner=concrete wave 1 year subscription, photo winner=concrete wave mag) since concrete wave did send out one of their interns last race i figured we would show the love back by giving them more business
Where: We'll meet at the park on Wilderness dr., parking is plenty, mapquest it, should be right off Lloyminn Ave, and technically is the Lloyminn park but i cant remember the name of it, this is for the registration only, same place we met up last A. outlaw we'll just be moving from that location to the middle of the dundas valley
When: registration is happening at 9am on saturday april 17th, gonna make it a long day so come preparred with munchies and water(there isnt much of anything around)
now heres the course, id say max speed is only around 45-50, but there is a nice set of corners that end right at the finish line, so if u cant take a corner u cant win this race
