Mike Brooke aka Skategeezer has just confirmed that he'll be there with Concrete Wave goodies! When is ASR(Action sports retailer show) being held this year? February 3rd & 4th in San Diego.

Would you like to have a FREE ENTRY into Gripstravaganza? I have a mint Boomerang that I need to have gripped. How would you like to grip my deck for me, and enter the result? Here are the conditions: - I will pay for the grip
- I will pay for your entry fee
- I reserve the right to reject your design, which you have to communicate to me beforehand
- I reserve the right to reject any board modifications (e.g. sanding/repainting), which you have to communicate to me beforehand
- I will loan you the deck until the event, but you may not mount gear on it and ride it
- You get to keep any prizes that your design wins
- I will take back the deck after the event
- I will be riding it, so a delicate design might be ruined
- I reserve the right to regrip the deck and obliterate your design if I feel like it.
- I reserve the right to add other conditions.
Please be Toronto based, and if I think you're sketchy, not serious, have crap design ideas, or I don't know you from here, it won't happen. But otherwise I'd like to support this event... Any takers? N.

Nice. I just picked up a new deck so I'll be bringing at least 2 along with me. Man I'm getting anxious for this.

how big does the skateboard have to be? I was thinking about doing a micro grip job on a tech deck.

Not sure, why?
because mike brooke might skip out to attend it. When is ASR(Action sports retailer show) being held this year?
far as i can tell, asr is in september, in san diego. Mike misses Board Meeting every year, not swap meet.

Go for it Joker, as well as anyone else who wants to try their hand at a tech deck grip job.
