it'll focus on building just about anything imaginable, including decks and trucks, out of cool materials. like carbon.

mmmmmm carbon trucks..   Why not try composite plastic and carbon mix.   

exactly. and with the queens engineering and materials science department, machine shops and technical experience, we can play around with all that kind of stuff. there's also interest in building bikes and other sports goods.

should be fun.

Ive actually taken to sketching board designs in my free time, ive got some crazy ideas involving aluminium and carbon. and some sectional boards so you can just change pieces instead of buying a whole new board

it's not that simple, and it's not set in stone.
the shop(s) are free to use, sometimes, depending on what you're doing. also depends on if you need help to do it right.
