'The Liesl'

41 1/2" x 9 1/2"
7 layers of 1/16" maple, one of African Paduke.
3/8" of concave
1/2" of front loaded camber

Built using the Roarockit TAP, maple veneer from Roarockit, Paduke from A&M woods.

I only get to spend a few days with this one, its new home will be with my special lady friend in the lovely town of Providence, Rhode Island.  She rides like a dream.

Up next, 'The Largemouth'

Thanks, Stephen

That is really a nice shape Stephen, and the paduke is amazing. So what did you put on it for grip?

Like seagreen, I really like the asymetricalness (sp?) of the deck, from the shape to the paduke -- is the white part of it the heart of the tree?

Too bad we will not see it out in action -- not that I would want to see that pretty thing get messed up  Smiley

I was also sad to see it go, but it has gone to a good home, and the new owner is very happy.  The grip is nothing fancy, just off the roll from mcphails, Mellowkat could give you more details.

The white part is actually the sap wood, or the outer part of the tree.
