TUESDAY JULY 14 @ 9PM!!!

The Palma Pump a.k.a The Governator Race a.k.a. Pump You Up Race a.k.a. Burning Manlegs Race

$3 entry fee. ALL BOARDS WELCOME!

This is a race for pesky pumpers and slutty squigglers,
and those who enjoy it when people stare at them because it looks like you're humping the air.

The sole purpose of this event is just to have fun with as many people and look funny doing it while others watch until it's their turn...

Just one rule. NO PUSHING IS ALLOWED WITH YOUR FEET!

Location: South West corner of Lake Shore Blvd E & Leslie in the covered parking lot by Canadian Tire

3 man heats.
Minimum of 4 races

Point system: 3 - first, 2 - second, 1 - third
Tie breaker heats if necessary

Course is approx. 600m (1:30 minutes) with a top speed of approx. 30-35k
3 rights, 5 lefts, and several straightaways make it fun for passing.

3rd place = $1
2nd place = $2
1rst place = $Everything else

As the races go on it'll be more of an endurance race when you think about it. Hope your cardio is up to par!

If you can bring an extra pump board or two it'd be awesome in case some people don't have one to ride.
I'll be bringing a couple of my own.
Padding is encouraged.

SEE YALL AT THE RACE!!!

in.

who's board can i break this time (sorry rupert!)

edit: also, i wouldn't really say no slalom rigs. it's had a history in the past to be a little iffy with some folks.
i say pick a minimum wheelbase or recommendation and let people have at it from there.

...Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree.
"Which road do I take?" she asked. "Where do you want to go?" was his response.
"I don't know," Alice answered. "Then," said the cat, "it doesn't matter."

I'd be into that. Sounds like a pretty cool idea.  Yeah dude, right on!

It would be nice if it was a little cheaper. I'm already going to be losing 10 bucks on Sunday. Cheesy
I'm in though! Sounds like fun.

Sounds fun.  If you haven't set a date yet my preference is the 20th or 27th but then again I've been pretty hit and miss for showing up to skate events.
